Video streaming platform YouTube is going to introduce a new feature that will allow users to watch videos at four times faster speed.
YouTube has previously provided the facility to watch videos at double speed from normal. The aim is to watch slow-motion videos at a faster pace.
Now after the new feature, users will be able to watch videos at an even higher speed, i.e. four times the speed. Users will also be able to watch videos at 3.15 times the speed by fine-tuning the feature.
Other new features on the platform will also include an option that can be used to easily skip ahead in a video. Called ‘Jump a Head’, it will help people quickly skip ahead in a video by pressing a button.
